In short

The Site sets no cookies, uses no trackers and runs no analytics. The only personal data processed is the data you voluntarily submit through the contact form.

Data we collect

The contact form collects: name, work email address, the app concerned (name or Play Store link) and, where applicable, your message.

Simply browsing the Site does not lead to any collection of personal data by the Publisher.

Purpose and legal basis

This data is used exclusively to answer your request and discuss your project. The processing is based on pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Recipients

Form data is processed by Netlify, Inc. (Site hosting and form handling), which participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. It is never sold or shared for commercial or advertising purposes.

Retention

Form data is kept for a maximum of twelve months after our last exchange, then deleted.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability over your data. To exercise them: contact@skanopy.com.

You may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.

Cookies

None. The Site runs without cookies, without third-party trackers and with self-hosted fonts: no data is sent to third-party services during your visit.
