Privacy policy

The Site sets no cookies and uses no advertising trackers. It relies on privacy-friendly analytics (Umami), without cookies or personal data. The only personal data processed is the data you voluntarily submit through our forms (free report request and contact).

This policy covers the skanopy.com marketing site. The analysis console (console.skanopy.com) requires creating an account and involves separate processing of account and analysis data.

Skanopy is the controller for the data collected on the Site. Contact: contact@skanopy.com.

The free report form collects: first name, last name, work email address and the Google Play Store link of the app to analyze.

The contact form collects: name, work email address, the app concerned (name or Google Play Store link) and, where applicable, your message.

Simply browsing the Site does not lead to any collection of personal data by the Publisher.

This data is used exclusively to answer your request and discuss your project. The processing is based on pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

The free report form data is used to run the requested analysis, send you the report by email and follow up on your request, based on pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, for commercial follow-up, on the legitimate interest of the Publisher (Article 6(1)(f)).

Your data is accessible only to the Skanopy team and to our technical sub-processors, strictly for the purposes described: Site hosting, running the requested analysis and sending emails. They act on our instructions and are bound by contract to the same confidentiality and security obligations.

The Site is hosted by Netlify, Inc. Anonymous analytics are handled by Umami. As some sub-processors may be located outside the European Union, such transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards. No data is ever sold or shared for commercial or advertising purposes.

Form data is kept for a maximum of twelve months after our last exchange, then deleted.

Skanopy implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the data you entrust to us against unauthorized access, loss or alteration: encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted and authenticated access to the data, and selection of providers offering sufficient security guarantees.

Under the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability over your data. To exercise them: contact@skanopy.com.

You may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.

The Site uses Umami, a privacy-friendly analytics solution, with no cookies, no persistent identifier and no profiling. Your IP address is not stored.

It measures, in aggregate, page views and a few usage events (clicks on calls to action, scroll milestones, form submissions) to improve the Site. As it relies on no cookies and no personal data, it requires no consent and rests on the legitimate interest of the Publisher (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

None. The Site runs without cookies and with self-hosted fonts. The only third-party service used during your visit is the anonymous analytics described above, which uses no cookies.
